Terri M. GilliganTax Manager, CPA
A tax manager with RCM, Terri is a graduate of the University of Kansas where she received a Masters in Business Administration. Her undergraduate work was completed at the University of Missouri-Columbia where she earned a Bachelor of Journalism.
Terri has over 18 years of experience in the accounting industry and specializes in small business accounting, taxes and tax planning. She started her career in the financial planning and consulting.
Clark G. GodingAudit Manager, CPA, CGMA, CCIFP
Clark joined RCM as an audit manager in August 2016. He is a graduate of New Mexico State University where he received a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accountancy. Clark also holds a Construction Industry Financial Professional certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Clark specializes in audit engagements of contractors, closely held small businesses, and not-for profit organizations.
Kristine P. HoeyTax Manager, CPA
Kristine joined RCM in November 2017 as a Tax Manager. Kristine has been involved in all aspects of accounting, taxation and reporting for small businesses in Tucson for over 18 years. Kristine is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with extensive experience setting up new businesses with QuickBooks and training new users of the software. She has experience working with contractors, homebuilders, real estate developers, professional service firms, small businesses and their owners.
Kristine graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. Kristine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Nicole SullivanTax Manager, CPA
A tax manager, Nicole Sullivan works closely with a wide variety of clients and industries. As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor she is able to assist clients with complicated internal bookkeeping and management needs. Nicole started her accounting career with our firm in 2003. She has steadily climbed to the position of tax manager and is instrumental in the development of new staff.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, Nicole is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Wisconsin Society of Certified Public Accountants. Having returned to her hometown in Wisconsin in 2011, Nicole is now a “remote” employee.
Jamie A. VillaseñorTax Manager, CPA
Jamie joined RCM in January of 2016, and has built a phenomenal reputation for herself within the company. As of January 2018, she has was promoted to a Tax Manager. Her responsibilities include reviewing and preparing federal and state tax returns, tax planning, and financial consulting. She focuses in business taxation, real estate taxation, and the capitalization and depreciation of business assets. Jamie is a Tucson native and has more than six years of public accounting experience prior to joining the firm. She graduated with Economic-Accounting, Mathematics & Financial Economics degrees from Claremont McKenna College and is a member of both the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Matthew D. AnsonTax Supervisor, CPA
Matthew joined RCM in May 2017 as a Tax Supervisor. He earned his Master of Accounting Degree with an emphasis in taxation from the University of Arizona, and immediately began working in the public accounting industry in 2013, giving him 4 years of experience. Matthew has a vast knowledge of all things tax. He is proficient in preparing complex individual, corporate, and partnerships tax returns, and specializes in tax compliance for non-profit organizations. In addition, Matthew also has experience with small business tax planning and accounting.
Matthew is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA, a Tucson native, a proud father, and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Courtney M. DanloeSupervisor, CPA
Courtney graduated from the Unviersity of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanties and a Masters of Accounting. With experience as an accounts manager and administrative assistant in the construction industry, she joined our firm as a staff accountant with responsibilities including preparation of income tax returns, tax compliance and planning, audit, review and compilation services, and general accounting. As of February 2018, she was promoted to the level of Supervisor.
Courtney is a native of Tucson.
Fei LinSupervisor, CPA
A supervisor working primarily in our tax department, Fei Lin is instrumental to the success of that department with strong technical and research skills. Fei began her career with our firm in 2005 as a staff accountant. Fei focuses on individual, partnership, and corporate taxation. Clients appreciate working with Fei because of her attention to detail and understanding of their business.
A graduate of the University of Arizona, Fei also attended Louisiana State University and the Changsha Railway Institute in China. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Pamela GraysonAccountant, CPA
Pamela is a May 2014 graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Accounting. She received her CPA certification in August 2015. Pamela has experience in many different industries, including manufacturing, construction, and publishing, and has served as a volunteer for the Catalina Foothills School District and the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona. In her position as a staff accountant, Grayson is responsible for preparation of income tax returns, tax compliance and planning, audit, review and compilation services, and general accounting.
Christine P. EngelAccountant, CPA
Chris joined RCM in 2013 as a member of our professional staff and focuses on complex individual, partnership, and corporate taxation. Chris celebrated 30 years as a CPA in 2011. During that time she has owned her own firm, taught accounting and taxation at the university level in California, North Dakota and Hong Kong, testified as an expert witness on tax matters in Federal court and been a speaker for national and state CPE providers.
Chris received her BS from the University of Arizona and her MS from San Diego State University.
With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Greg is a trusted business advisor to clients. He became a member of our staff with the merger of the Reidy Company PC practice in February 2013 and his talent for quickly mastering new technology and adapting to new and challenging situations was invaluable in the transition of the Reidy Company practice. Greg graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors of Finance and Accounting Degree and a Minor in Economics.
Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Aimee joined RCM in June 2017 as a staff accountant. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Master of Accounting, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Previously in the nursing field, Aimee has worked as an Instruction Leader in Accounting at Pima Community College, and has prior tax experience. She will be involved in the preparation of tax returns, audit review and compilation services, and general accounting.
Gina O’ShellSmall Business Services QuickBooks ProAdvisor
Gina joined RCM as a bookkeeper in August 2015 and has over 25 years of experience. She received an Associate Degree in Accounting with a Minor in Business Administration from the Altoona School of Commerce in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Originally fro Altoona, PA, she lived in New York for 13 years prior to her move to Tucson.
Gina’s responsibilities include maintaining books for small businesses including accounts payable, processing payroll, preparing quarterly payroll reports, monthly sales tax reports, compiling financial statements, and assisting clients with other bookkeeping needs, as well as preparation of income tax returns.
Gina became a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor in 2017.

Christine NamourAdministrative Assistant
Christine joined the firm in February 2013, having been the administrative assistant for Reidy Company, PC prior to RCM’s acquisition of that firm. Christine is generally the voice you hear when you call. She has over 20 years professional experience and is always willing to assist clients and staff.
Cindy ShawOffice Manager
Our office manager, Cindy started with the firm in 1979. With over 30 years of experience at RCM, she is instrumental in the efficient day-to-day operations of the firm.
Cindy is the “jack of all trades” at our office. She may be the person to greet you when you arrive at the office, she is our IT specialist, she processes tax returns and financial statements, and takes care of administration of the office. Clients appreciate the look of our work product and that is, in large part due to Cindy’s contributions.
